Description:
Very variable erect tufted perennial, 20-90 cm high. A very valuable pasture grass.

Flowering:
Flowers September to December.

Threats:
The council slasher is the biggest problem our native grasses have.

Management:
As with any native grass it appreciates a mow every few years.
