Description:
A widespread common (although contuing to become harder to find) species present in a wide range of soil types and habitats.

Flowering:
One of the first orchids to appear often before the April rains. Flowers February to May.

Threats:
Can be overgrown by more vigorous species.

Management:
Control more vigorous species.
